AMOS Foundation

Members of the public are invited to support the work of Anglican Defence Force Chaplaincy by contributing financially to the ministry of the Bishop to the Defence Force and the Anglican chaplains. As many of the activities undertaken by the Bishop and the chaplains are not funded by the Commonwealth, your generous gift will both enhance and extend the Church’s mission and ministry to service personnel both overseas and at home.

For those seeking tax deductibility, the Defence Force Board has created the AMOS Foundation (Anglican Military – Outreach and Service) which has been granted Deductible Gift Recipient status by the Australian Taxation Office (under General Category 5.1.2 – Defence). All donations to the AMOS Foundation of $2 and above are tax deductible.

The significance of the work to be funded by The AMOS Foundaton has been acknowledged at Vice Regal level: Her Excellency Ms Quentin Bryce AC, The Governor General of Australia, has agreed to be Patron of the AMOS Fondation.

You tax deducible donation will be most gratefully recieved and promptly acknowledged with our official reciept.
